So to coach a win in Adelaide with our injury list is a pretty bloody good night for Ooze.

Right?

Nank when their ruckman went off dominated as he should have. But still good effort to lift when we needed it.

It’s a good win. Doesn’t hurt our draft position and gives us all a bit of a lift.

Great to hear Broady interviewed saying that he is relishing taking on a leadership and mentoring role to help develop the young guys, as are Dion and we've seen it with Dusty as well and no doubt others such as Grimes.

Invaluable for the likes of Brown to learn from these legends.

This is what a team like North lacks.

I saw this. Looks like Broady wants the skipper role, and IMO, should get it next season.

In the play when Bolton got the bad bounce running towards goal.
Hinge Slings him to the ground play on.
Then in the goal square the Adelaide goes high over Baker.
Both calls are play on
But it was the same umpire that penalised Vaulstin for the soft touch in the back in the 1st qtr.
They almost got Adelaide the win
Someone has already posted a 'shooting stars' meme with Lachie Murphy :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Screenshot_20240606_233109_Samsung Internet.jpg

Watched the game from a bit into the third quarter until the end. A good win, holding on in the last quarter is a good effort given we have so many young players and have trouble running out games.

I saw a lot more kicking to a moving player from Richmond. Not all the time and too often we still kick to a static player and our forward line is still too static, but we were passing to a player on the move more than I have seen for a while and it is something which needs a lot of improvement. Hope this continues to improve.

While I agree the Cumbo incident was silly, I see that sort of thing happen in so many games without a free being given I thought it was a massive over-reaction. Then the Crows players piled on Cumbo and somehow that was all fine?

Thought the umps actually showed a little tiny slither of potential. A few instances where players were pinged when they clearly did have prior and a few instances where the tackled player had no prior and the called for the ball up quickly. Still a lot of howlers and a ridiculously unbalanced free kick count - if only we were given the frees our opponents get! Does every team we play give away less frees when they play Richmond? Well, Adelaide did tonight - gave away 17, average is just over 18.

As I said in the Ryan thread, he gets his arms held in just about every marking contest, someone needs to shove this in the face of the useless maggots - adjudicate the rules you F*&cking morons.
