Come on mate, UNSUCCESSFUL members in the BALLOT can swoop in and get the best seats in the house? What sort of seats do you really reckon are left, if you can in fact get them? And I don't consider the unsuccessful supporters in the ballot the lucky ones. You've got a ticket, stop complaining. Most of the good seats have gone to corporates.
One small thing is new in the email. If you happened to print your own tickets during the short window of time that Ticketek left that option open, don't try and use them, you should still collect your tickets from an outlet.RFC just sent out an email to all members who were successful in the ballot. No real new information though. Just when and how to collect and restating your tickets are your tickets and there is no provision to change what's been allocated.
RFC email said:Any ticket confirmation document or downloadable ticket will not allow you access into the MCG on Grand Final day.
Not having a crack or jumping in to argue. It is a fact based on seats remaining that those unsuccessful in the ballot may have the opportunity to purchase better categories then those who have been allocated.
You're right, my bad, it's for priority 3 members who missed out in the ballot and at noon priority 1,2,3 members who didn't go in the ballot can grab any leftovers.I thought the secondary sale was just for Category 3 That missed out? I haven't seen anything that suggests it might go down to silver
I just logged on to Ticketek to check the link was working to buy tickets at 11am and it prompts for a GWS Members Barcode.
Surely it’s not still open for GWS Members to buy tickets? Why am I not surprised.
Indeed - especially to the Gold members who missed out first time round. All the best.Good luck today everybody

is it just gold members and above who can buy a ticket today. what about a 9 year silver member which my son is. can i get a ticket for him to attend from 12.00??
by the way i was just speaking to a colliwobble supporter who said all their members could register for their ballot. even 1 year members.
with us its 10 years and above......suppose thats what happens when you have 100k+ members but still doesnt seem fair does it that after 9 years you cant even go into the ballot..... (even worse when 15-20 year members dont get a ticket either)....
Absolute garbage the GWS members’ on sale kept going until 8pm....
AFL showing their contempt for traditional supporters yet again
Good luck today everybody
Are the seats on level 1 M29 any good?
We are hoping our teens get through today, and then send them up to our seats on the roof while we myopics take the lower seats we hope they can get today.
Do we have to do a seat exchange inside the ground or can adults slip through the gates on Concession tickets? (Our seats are in the Ponsford so likely to be a different gate for entry.)
All other members get a go at 12PM if there are any left overis it just gold members and above who can buy a ticket today. what about a 9 year silver member which my son is. can i get a ticket for him to attend from 12.00??
