Can someone please give a brief synopsis of what the hell is being said?

Please...???

Lots of here say and innuendo.

Essentially, Hutchy is claiming that there was a small group players, lead by Newman, encouraged by Johnson, Simmonds and King, that demanded Wallace's resignation (with no evidence forthcoming despite a request from Sam).

A meeting was arranged in which Cameron and March told the players that it wasn't up to them, at the same time allowing the players to air their grievances.

In short, Hutchinson tried to paint a picture of the players looking like a rabble.

I felt it was more like Hutchinson trying to claw back some credibility after looking like a complete *smile* earlier in the week (with undue airtime given by 9).

Strangely, Wallace came out of it smelling like roses. Am I too cynical or is it the wine?

I'm p!ssed how weak SAM Newman was in this. Why could'nt he ask (stir up) Crutchy how he knew all this??

Sam is correct. How does hutchinson know Newman asked for Wallace's resignation?

I do not believe it happened.

Believe it, cause he is right.

A joke of a club at the moment to be honest.

An absolute joke. When I heard the events of the Monday and Tuesday on Tuesday / Tuesday evening I was shattered. I sat there contemplating how this possibly happens at a professional organisation. I shake my head and contemplate how do we turn this around, what needs to happen, what is happening.

Make no mistake, the problems that the club face are the biggest in its disgraceful recent history.

Clean the joint out. Anything remotely looking like a disease needs to be removed.

A lot of pain needs to happen before the club can even be put back on it's feet.

Drastic change and stronger people in the organisation will change the culture.

This has gone on long enough.

*smile*ING DISGRACEFUL TIGERS. JAKE KING IS THE LEAK, HE SHOULD ALONG WITH KANE JOHNSON AND TROY SIMMONDS SHOULD BE THROWN OUT OF THE CLUB FOR LIFE! AND NEWMAN MUST STAND DOWN AS CAPTAIN, DON'T GET M EWRONG I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF WALLACE BUT TO EVEN THINK THAT AS PLAYER YOU HAVE THE POWER TO REMOVE A COACH IS VERY DISSAPOINTING AND HE WAS ILL ADVISED. VERY EMBARRASING. *smile* THIS CLUB I'M SICK OF IT.

Totally agree with this.

Wallace did come out looking too sweet in my eyes.

Hutchy was deliberately emotive in the way he presented the players point of view.

He talked about them giving a loaded gun to Newman who "put it up to wallace's head, but couldn't pull the trigger".

That's pretty inflammatory imagery, and he would have chosen those words deliberately before he even walked out on stage.

Totally Agree TB. Changes need to happen, BIG CHANGES.

No doubt the ill feeling among the older guys goes back to the sackings of *smile* and A.Kellaway.

Terry lost the senior guys back then.

What is your source?

Cause at the moment all I got is Hutchinson's word, which is less reliable than a chux wipe for birth control.

I totally disagree with this. What are the players meant to do- just go along with it for the rest of the year?? Something had to be done- maybe Newy should have approached Cameron but geez, would you continue in a job for another 3-4 months putting up with things you do not agree with. I wouldn't.

At least they may change that bloody awful game plan, maybe we may see a more committed group with a game plan they can accept.

Whatever, something had to give as we are 1-7 and in my opinion, we are nowhere near that bad.

If this is true, and lets face it there's still alot of speculaton here, I am flabbergasted what makes Jake King think he has the kudos to be the one to attend with Newman and demand Wallace's resignation. The whole saga borders on ridiculous anyway but King involved...lol...gimme a break.

Would make for a great reality tv show this whole episode. We could have someone getting voted off/sacked each week until the end of the season. This week it would be Jake King and Terry would hold the immunity necklace.
