Powerful men abusing their power and pressuring women who work for them for sex is not OK.
I just listened to a podcast on nygard. It’s truly horrific what some powerful men have been able to do for such a long period of time without consequence.

with that said that forgoing rule of law and submitting to mob justice would do far more damage than these type of aberrations IMo so it remains a vexed issue. power can pay off/scare off all sorts of people involved in the justice system to protect the accused and punish the accuser.
The solution has to be in prevention which means building respect at young age and calling out shitty behaviour. Not sure we can flick a switch but the growing awareness of what leads to this and schools starting to take action too is going to help. Attending the ‘education’ session for parents/kids last year with my son at his school - the concept of consent which was covered was certainly something that never got mentioned when I was at an all boys school as a kid. (And seems to still be an issue at some Sydney private schools too as a minimum)
