I don't think it'll be long before we are accused of tanking, and if it does it will only build as the season wears on.
We’re not resting players to lose games there’s almost a whole team out injured

Totally agree.

And how is the arrogance of Morris thinking he knows better than the RFC and Dustin.

I'd be surprised if Morris has played a game of senior footy at any level, let alone have any idea of what it takes to play AFL.
Morris middle name is arrogant.

Whats the feeling?

Does dusty avoid the hoo har and play 300th in adelaide?

Or soak up all our love on The G?

I really hope its the latter
If a dusty is true to his projected persona about not making or wanting any fuss or obligations then he should play his 300th wherever it turns up. If we want to clap him on game 301 that’s up to the fans not him.

What level of footy does one have to have played to be credible on this forum?

I reckon he pays Adelaide.
No fuss. Team first. Not about personal accolades. Just another game.
Importantly he doesn't want to let the team down. We are all in it to win it.

And in the same vein I don't think he leaves the club. He plays again in 25. For all the reasons mentioned above.

The two week rest gives the club, his manager & Dusty some time to organise 300th game celebrations. Whilst Dusty doesn’t give the media much, make no mistake this milestone for arguably our greatest ever player is worth dollars. They’ll be looking to do the event justice & maximise the return.

My understanding is that the only media is a club arranged documentary and a photo shoot with the other 5 living 300 gamers. That's it, there will be no other media. At least that's what I read

But it is worth money as the Hawthorn game is a home game and the crowd will be big for sure

32 yrs old, 5 day break, interstate trip. No way he plays.
Yep, if it was game 298 or 301 Dusty doesn't play off a 5 day break. He was managed earlier in the season because of soft tissue concerns, that won't concern the media though, that doesn't make headlines.

Let’s see. I’m expecting memorabilia at least. As I said it may not be media Dusty does but Ralph will look to capitalise somewhere. The club will be rightly promoting it too.

Ralph will capitalise for sure. Even if it means Ralph jumping out of a plane, sky riding to MCG & while congratulating him and presenting Dusty with a 300 Gold plated plaque.

Yes you are right on the memorabilia. They will almost certainly have one of those limited addition signed and framed pictures at the very least.

Can't remember where I read it but I think it was linked here somewhere that the only interview Dusty has agreed to is the club sponsored documentary. As has been mentioned before when the media wants to interview him post game it will be very interesting to see what he does.
