I am only commenting on the above post Antman

Fair enough. I don't see Dimma as the man for the job any more but my sense of natural justice sometimes makes me step in on his behalf. The whole "bagging Dusty" thing was inflated out of all proportion, but that's what happens around here.

Dimma just said that our coaches gave Martin four votes. That means Clarkson gave Martin one vote.

Tigers are a mess because the coach is trying to save himself becauae its all gone balls up blames the players then backs down to a degree he cant back the players again that one is done the press will eat him alove if he does boys in a corner only wins will get him out but its too little to late

Clarko was very generous indeed.
Come on Rimau you know as well as I do that if the coach doesn't like the way a player performs they have the ability (duty/obligation) to bring them to the bench have a quiet chat and then send them on their way. Pulling them up time and time again or praising them time and time again. The players play the coaches coach. There is a distinct line and the coach owns it.

Rightly or wrongly, Hatrdwick's comments about Martin after the siren last week were simply dumb. He's losing his way.
It is now a desperate scramble for Hardwick. 2017 isn't looking as likely as once thought a couple of months ago. There is every chance that his message is wearing thin and that players are starting to lose interest in his strategies.
Hardwick might have a contract for 2017, but he's displaying signs of desperation about his future.

mention this to a Hawks supporter (as i did earlier in the year) the response was rather amusing

They wouldn't care. The arrogant pricks only care about counting their flags ... I am jealous!

Yep and the senior players won't want to waste another year at this stage of their careers.
Tail may well wag the dog before too long.
