I loved his contested ball yesterday, even though it was just getting ball on boot, he kept winning it and getting it moving our way. Is he using the don't argue a bit too much ?
I'm positive McClure was drunk on air yesterday, either that or he's going senile, got players and clubs mixed up continually, went off on tangents, contradicted himself frequently. He does this every time he opens his mouth, but it was worse yesterday than normal. His refusal to give Dusty a vote was typical of the man. He's a bitter, twisted old Carlton product of the days when they hated Richmond and he won't give us any credit ever.
Fair comment that Martin wasn't damaging with a lot of his possessions but without a doubt he was BOG.
Probably because he produces reactions like this. I don't even like listening to him on non Richmond games, because no matter how good the football is he will find the one negative and harp on it for most of the game. On Dusty, he played a bloody good game and only a blinkered idiot like McClure could leave him out of the votes entirely.tigertim said:

They just had on game day Lethals stats the year Teasedale won the Brownlow, averaged 28 touches and neally 4 goals a game, got the equivalent of 17 votes .
