Don't know if it's just that I am noticing it more but it seems like Dusty is lifting his media profile. He seems to be getting interviewed more and doing more on the website that I have noticed in years past.
RFC have always used him extensively for digital marketing , would get a fair allowance for that

After tonight you would think he would cross Arden street off his wish list. The good money aint surfaced yet . My source said ages ago the Dees have the filet mignon with extras on the menu for the Dustman.

Can't see him at the dees.
Get the impression the team as a whole *smile* hate them.

Would be staggered if he went to Nth to play in front of 15,000.
He always looks like he loves playing at a packed MCG.
Nth will never provide that.
Irrelevant club.

Just a thought !

Maybe this charade isnt really about the money but there is another agenda at play here

Dusty really has no intention to leave and loves the club and his mates (really does look like he does)

Noticed that Dustin Martin has a cloths label now and would be looking to grow that with the help of Carr

Also as mentioned in a prior post also would like to improve his status in the game and also with the umpires (winning the charlie is always good)

He will get $1 mil a year from Tigers and is probably happy with around that level

But the real " Plan " For Dusty and with the marketing of Carr is to get his father back into Australia

Dusty is in the News daily and his father gets mentioned continuously due to his contract negotiations

Dusty's Profile is increased also due to his Brownlow odds and father gets mentioned again

Basically the more exposure Dusty gets the more exposure his fathers situation gets

Could this be all about bringing dad back home ?

Maybe if Tigers play a couple of home games across The Ditch each year would keep him at Punt Road.

I remember reading that at some sports night he & Cotchin were at, we had just beat the Dees & they both said it was their favourite win of the year so far as they didn't like them

Just read Benny is hoping to get an answer before seasons end, fair enough I say, if Dustys fully committed he must understand the club needs time to be able to do other deals to make the club better.

Was poor today I thought

If he has a back issue. It won't get better overnight.
Offer him what they think is right, otherwise get ready to trade

Dusty was ignored a lot today when he had one on one situations particularly in the last quarter.

Interesting comments from BG today.

Bit different from his appearance on fox footy during the week.

Something's up. ;D

Played sore , didn't see a lot of midfield dash , spent most of time in forward line with limited impact

Yep was forward for much of the 1st 3 quarters, only 13 touches to 3 quarter time. Had 10 in the last when he moved to the middle, just he didn't seem to have the same power as usual. Definitely seems to be carrying something.
