Wouldn't be at all surprised if those considering whether he's really changed, sent out the night owls to do their homework.

Must admit I have found the media talk of a 19 year old 'maturing' rather amusing.
Young leopards don't change their spots that quick.

A low risk rookie spot is his best bet.
 
Lot of mis truths about Garlett at the minute.

Surprising this comes out 24 hrs before draft and not before the raft of positive articles that saw him move into the high second round. Smokes and mirrors. Still reckon he gets taken and at 50 he is taken in a second.

Dream result.

A Jones/Garlett combo would be a nice result.
 
frankly i want him be someone elses problem. id rather have someone who has less talent but the will move mountains to do more with it!

It does seem odd that it comes out now that he apparently missed an interview with Hawthorn back in September.
 
It would have to be tempting if he's around at a later pick, especially because we have an ace up our sleeve. Chocco Williams.

To much baggage and we're being stretched enough trying to keep our current young loose gun on the straight and narrow. Last thing we need to do is draft in a playmate for him.

Hawks just saying no truth to the rumour that Garlett missed a meeting with them

Guaranteed they created the rumour, hope he burns them
