Sorry, call me dumb but I am confused with this Dimma/Hinkley talk. Even Cornhead says we should call Hinkley now to become coach. Why????

He's doing well at Port.
It’s obvious he doesn’t want Hinkley at Port. Cornes knows deep down he ain’t a premiership coach, so would prefer he go to Richmond.

Such a weird feeling , weird timing , it’s coaches who normally get sacked at this time of the year not quit especially when given his record not under any pressure, & his sticking up for the club & players in recent interviews.

Wasn’t that long ago we were winning flags & had Rance Edwards Houli etc running around.

Having said that owes us nothing & given us supporters everything , sad ending to his reign but forever grateful for what he has achieved.

Starting to wonder if the players knew this on Saturday night as we looked flat.

Yep the timing has shocked most of us. Perhaps that close loss on Saturday was one too many. But at the end of the day, Dimma doesn’t owe us anything. Forever a Richmond immortal.

Feels like a real leadership vacuum happening at our club in quick succession. Just hope Gale stays on until our ship is steadied. Jacks going to be contributing off field for Tassie. I hope Gale stays with us.

What are McCrae’s legal obligations to Collonwood?

What if 100,000 members pledge to deposit $50 into a ‘Come Home McCrae’ Go Fund Me page every year for 5 years on the condition he quits Collonwood sighting artistic differences and comes back to the Tiges?

What’s the point of being a power house if we can’t grease the wheel a little?

I wonder if he and Clarko will spend some time holidaying together in Tassie now? Get a feel of life in the slow lane.

Can't find that 2009 speech he made when introduced as new coach.

Stuck to his words: he'll bring our 11th flag and he'll leave when he can't coach us any more success or something like that.

Yep. No Dimma, Cotch or Jack, no Dusty
Peggys gone !

Leppa, Fly, Caracella.

Sheds, Bash, Tross, Dave, Lambo, Grigga, Towner, Butler, Bobble, Caddy , Stackman and George

Dimma, Cotchy, JR8, possibly Dustin.

Dont be surprised if Balmey finally eases into full retirement also.

Then theres the Chief last man standing.,

Its done its over and has been for a while.

I cant help but think something was off the whole preseason.
He already has something lined up....accountants dont make emotional decisions.
Will take the rest of the year off and return as coach at Gold Coast...thats my guess.
Kudos to him as he is a Richmond Legend.
If we handle this well we can bounce back very quickly.

FC showed his contract expires at end of 2024, but Fly wouldn't be as narcissistic as Wossy to walk out on a club quickly.
