Damien Hardwick

We aren’t the club that many aspiring coaches had 2 minds about all those years ago.
we are successful, stable, and a leader within the community.
this is what was built under Damien.
he should be bloody proud.
and we as supporters thankful for his services to our great club.
its a sad day but also a day to celebrate an era that we actually gamed the AFL as we won 3 cups.
the AFL would prefer 1 cup so we’ve stuck it up them.
end of 2020 the gestapo tried to nobble us and to this time it has succeeded.
let’s celebrate DIMMA and our departing champs as surely some will retire now..
it’s the least we can do.
at the same time celebrate where our club stands in the pecking order.
coaches old, retread and new will want a go at the gig with one if not the biggest club in the land.
eatemalive
Exactly.

Prospective coaches will be falling over themselves to get this job. One of the plumb jobs in footy now

C'mon mate. I'd rather start again and watch them build up rather than the inconsistencies we have today. Even during the most dominant years it wasn't as fun as watching a new team and plan form. I'm actually excited by the possibilities.
Getting sick of rollercoasters. I'll just be a back bencher.

I will easily and happily take ten years on the bottom. If that's the price for a dynasty so be it. Can't take another 37 years cos I'll be 92.

Thank you Dimma

I have a whole lot of happiness to thank you for. I never thought I would see a tiger premiership.

Apart from anything else the fans deserve to be able to give him a great send off. Just to say thanks

only if they’re prepared to take on his full contract and get us a top 3 pick
They won't have a top-3 pick to give. Probably have to pay some of Dusty's salary to buy their first, which is still likely to be top-10.

And Hollands.
Think it would be or, not and.

Just reading some Huns supporters on BF saying Dimma will become Dewy's director and they want Short and Duz. Dreams....
Well if this came to pass we could definitely ask for Hollands and their first.

Probably one reason could be his injury/illness with his back where he has to use the medicinal cannabis.

Can really see some massive player changes coming up. Blokes like Kmac, Broad, Pickett could well be on their way out. Just cannot see Dusty playing on without Dimma as head coach unless they give it to an internal assistant.
Cotch, Jack and most likely Tarrant definitely gone.
Just wish this was all done last year. Meant we wouldnt have sold the farm for Taranto and Hopper and still had some early picks which could have netted us a top 3 pick with the way we are going.

Go get Leppa, fingerprints on the best game plan in the league and knows the place back to front.

No brainer.
