Team selection at Tigerland has cost us dearly.
Haven't been impressed last two season's selection , moving players out of position , involving of game and new rules. For me Dimma has forgotten to keep it simple play your best player's in there natural positions and play players in form no matter reputation.
Blame the list guys too.

I remember, early 2011 or 2022 at the G, I could hear him in the huddle from the boundary he was going off.
I told my wife to watch his downward spiral at the start of last season. I just hope he doesn’t destroy the joint by the time he eventually pulls the pin.
i really agree with this. they've missed a trick not learning from last seasons selection errors and it baffles me.
It's been open season on Richmond players for how long now? We've all seen it. We've all screamed, "You weak *smile*'ing pricks!" at oppo players. Not professional for Dimma to do it. His version of Sheedy miming to cut Mitchell White's throat.

Will be a legend of the club forever, and we’ll be forever grateful for what he’s given us. Not sure what is happening, and/or if he’s losing his touch. But there’s definitely some red flags popping up, hope the club is strong enough to make the right calls, if and when they are required.
