Cricket

That is why test cricket beats every other format by the length of the Flemington straight.

Sharmar the star! Well done Windies. Not sure Smith should have exposed Hazlewood to him but oh well. Test cricket, eh. Not bad.

I really hope that this fantastic, exciting win by the Windies gives the game a real boost for cricket in the Caribbean. Test cricket needs the Windies to be strong, and the game is better when they are.

Don’t like to see Straya lose a test but I do like seeing the Windows win one here. There was a certain arrogance from the Aussies batting, hope this steels their resolve a bit come NZ.

Surprised Cummins wasn't asked about the declaration in the after-match interviews.

Shamar's got a lot of leadership material in him. Big boost for the Windies and we meet again in mid-2025 when they will hopefully have gained some more experience.

Terrific game of cricket.
Poor crowd for a Sunday with a result in the offing. First 2 days the crowds were good. But disappointing today.
All the talk of low ranking Pakistan and Windies and both teams played well.
Aussies look a weary team. Its been a huge 18 months.
The batters lack of runs particularly Head and Labuschagne Imo is the result of the schedule
