Nah that’s always been the rule - you’ve been able to slide your front foot over for example, and some spinners don’t ground the heel of their front foot.Has the definition of a no ball changed? I thought it was where your HEEL landed but it seems now it’s if youve got any part of your foot behind the crease when your foot first makes contact with the ground.
