Sorry what i meant was I don't think it's Adelaide but it could well be. I only have the info of it's on the table and not for Maric/Gunston/Dangerfield. Doubt we would look at any of their others.

If we trade it, and it is an IF. Then it will be for first of all a NEED and second of all a VERY GOOD player to fill it.

It's great that our priority pick in the 2nd round is going to end up at about pick 60 by the time the AFL hands out all the freebies.

Deepthroat is back.

I have no doubt that, this trade period will be the most frantic of all time. The compo pick has changed the game.

Deals will be flying around, everyone will be looking to get something done. I think that the two team trade is becoming a thing of the past. Teams will need third parties. The Ménage à trade is going to happen. By being active and willing to give a little something up, we could get a lot back. Gather small pieces and turn them into big ones. More and more the AFL is following the NFL off season model.

We could do worse then send Blair Hartley & Dimma over to the New England Patriots for a week.

No way would we be keen on Koby Stevens though, FJ aint a fan. Ruins the delusion.

Yep he lost me at Koby Stevens.

But it stilll makes for good reading and keeps the off season interesting.

Still interesting to see the bit about Marcus Drum. Willing to believe that.

Gaff wants to come back now!? Doubt it.

What was DT's strike rate last year?
I don't think it was very good. He had has gunning for Heppell and getting a first rounder for Tambling.

I love reading DT's work.... Alot of trades are thrown up but alot of them never end up done. So it isnt weird for DT to get alot wrong.
Its great reading and thats the reason why we all go on these forums. Speak footy and be entertained.

Had McGuane for pick 15. Why couldn't he have been right. Would have been happy with 115 ;D

Most of those are pretty inaccurate like Gaff and Dangerfield we are not after at all. Stevens we never liked and hasn't done anything since. Maric and Walters are slow plodders and Walters by all accounts isnt a good kid. but having said that i think he works as a player agency so alot of those players would be spoken too.

Stevens is only 20 and has had a great year in the WAFL. He's had 2 games as the sub, getting less than a quarter each time, and done OK. From what people say the biggest knock on him was his kicking but in his limited game time his stats are good.
