Sonsie was so "off" I think it would be best to forget he went around and give the kid a rocket and soft opposition on the G to atone.
He has the talent and we don't have the depth, so we simply have to make him succeed.
Ditto Miller - he gets a gift game to atone or its getting close to papers stamped.
Ditto Mr No Left Foot Ross.
Marvel is the place where Tiger form goes to die.
Dumping the kids would be counter-productive - instead we should double down at the expense of the old timers,otherwise the season will be a total waste.
But realistically, it's too early for Denial Dimma to go down this road, so I very much doubt Grimes and Cotch will be "managed".

Opposition sides are intercepting way too many of our forward entries. We need another marking forward, Bauer is that player.

I agree with Miller, two weeks now did nothing. Bauer in for him. I'd still keep Cumbo, sub Cotchinv - Ross full game.

I thought Biggy was injured.
I’d keep Young as he has shown quite a bit so far, although not so good yesterday.
If Biggy available and considered match fit, I’d bring him in for Ben Miller.

On Cotch’s position, support both he and Jack being given the extra year.
And understand the plan is to retire Cotch after 300, - but at this point he still has to produce something closer to a contribution, or else it reflects badly on both himself and the club, and its culture.
Shedda continued with rules and obligations bent just a little.
Cotch and Jack deserve the same consideration, but no more and no less.
He played in the VFL game yesterday as the primary ruck & moved ok. It’s possibly wet on Saturday, so don’t want to go in too tall either.
If Weagles watched our effort today they’ll be optimistic about knotching up a rare win.
This thing about opposition sides intercepting our forward entries has been true for most games except for the first 2 or 3 quarters against Melbourne. That game turned to crap after 3/4 time for other reasons but we were really disciplined for a while there and it seemed to work. Admittedly Lever was just back from injury and Oliver was a bit flat…..but showed we could do it. Almost every other game our forward entries have been haphazard at best.
