I've lined up last weeks teams and tried to compare similar players. The CAPITALS represent who I would prefer. Hopefully we can get Lambert back this week? And wonder if they will go with Rioli?

Interesting to note their lack of smaller defenders/running defenders. Add to this our advantage with the ground and I'm pretty confident if we can break even in the middle we can win the game.

We really need to make sure we do not constantly bomb it to Lynch, Blivacs/Taylor/Kolodjashnij will make it hard. Hopefully its slippery so gets the ball on the deck a lot.
 
Oh, and hopefully they bring back Zac Guthrie, then we certainly win.

Why an unfamiliar role, cause we can't find a role he does consistently well in at AFL level. Fluffed his first few possessions but it was only because of his unfamiliarity with the leather.
 
I posted this on another forum. I didn't notice it at the time but the wife pointed it out and had to rewind it.

Did anyone else see the footage of Scott after the game when he walked onto the ground his assistant said something to him and he replied "f... him". It looked like it was about approaching Menzel or Longmire. He then chose to hang around by himself until they were about to line up for the stance against racism.

What a flog.

Yep.

We’ve come a long way from Wallace’s signed footy and other cheap tricks, but this game is as big a statement game as I’ve seen since the flag.
 
I read on twitter that we haven't beaten Geelong 4 times in a row since 1948-1950!

Down the bottom he's listed as Unavailable Short-Medium term.

I agree it's not clear. Perhaps consult your medium.

Hopefully you are correct. On the AFL site it says 2-3 still.
