It's the sad decline of this once fantastic website that I object to.
The B1/B2 it is just the most recent example - and it won't be told, so that goes into the too hard basket. To think this B1/B2 thing is 41 years old, if the profile is accurate. Amazing.
I think, like me, other regular viewers of this forum - if not regular posters - are going elsewhere for their football news primarily because there is a vocal minority here who believe that a) they are funny, b) they are 'adding' to the value of PRE.
Well, I can only speak for myself, I joined this site as it was a one-stop-shop for all Richmond news. The signal to noise ratio was in check. There were funny posts being made - and nobody cared much.
But, in recent times, there are too many Crusty the Clown-wannabes. This B1/B2 stuff is intolerably, especially bad. It was mildly amusing once - but there is only one punchline and we've heard it a few thousand times now. Move on, dude, we get it.
If I can editorialise a bit, PRE is tired. It needs an opt-in, account-specific poster-filter so people like B1/B2 can filter out people like me - and people like me (who come here for football news/discussion) can filter out the noise, like B1/B2's "inane, repetitive, one-dimensional, so-called-comedy routine".
Not being personal here, just trying to make a point amongst all the "hilarity".

As been said, if you don't like it don't post or just ignore it. Plenty of people like B1/B2's antics (me for one). Geez, it's a forum where everyone can express themselves on whatever they want and however they like to and take it easy amongst other Tiger faithful, not a prison.
Or better yet, don't come back to the site if you don't like it.
