Nice guy, but a speech like that shows how deluded a person like him is. He comes across like a 17yo schoolboy who was given a free managerial role in a company.
As said, he seems a really nice person, but that does not make an AFL coach. Have to feel for him even though a Carlton person.
Not sure it is all his fault either.
Could be poor recruiting and a lack of cattle on the paddock, which may have been his problem.
