Bye Bye Jack Higgins!

Good read, and typical comment from a Chokingwood fan.

Are you kidding? The guy is a flash in the pan. He will be exposed this year.

Hard to argue with that.
Oh well, at least he had 1 good year

Surprised he didn't spend more time at the centre bounces in the JLT, especially with his progression there last year, and no Caddy, Conca and Grigg.

Thought the same thing. Perhaps they’ll unleash him later on like last year as he’s still a pup?

Footy smarts beyond 98% of AFL footballers.

That snap from the boundary was incredible. The tap over the head was incredible.

Was so smart so many times. Doesn't waste a touch.

Could quite easily have snagged 5 or 6, gave away a couple, and Jack R blazed away on his left when he should have used the Higlet.

In three years this bloke will be the best player at Richmond.

Has always had an elite statistical output and this wont change

Equal number one last night in

1. Goals
2. Goal assists
3 Marks inside 50

Also the smartest player we have drafted since Jack Riewoldt.

Genuine superstar in the making.

Really good first up game for the season. Foot disposal needs improvement still, but has natural footy smarts.
He kicked two set shot goals, we haven't seen that before. As Gyps and I agreed before the game, every time you think 'this is his ceiling', he raises the roof.

Add to that the underground handball into space that set up Wellers goal.

Maybe the improvement we will get from Jack H and Jck G and Lynchs addition, Baltas emergence might still be a net gain to offset Rances loss? Darkest before dawn and all that.

Great game by the Higlet last night.
Just amazes me how often he is the first to figure out where a passage of play is heading and moves to create the contest. Obviously he's got a fair idea of what we're doing, but the little bugger seemed to know what Carlscum were up to as well.
Reckon he's got footy smarts like Jaaack but in rodent size.

One of the best games I have seen him play - he looks like a player who has over 100 games under his belt.

He and Graham are so mature for such young players

Pleasure to watch
