Bye Bye Jack Higgins!

just googled, and yeah, weve drafted the last two SA u18 captains.

So Valente would make a 3-peat.

That's cool. It was one of my favourite moments of the GF when Graham slotted his 3rd goal and I turned to the bay of Crows supporters next to me and sang:

"He's the pride of South Australia.............."

I'm starting to dare to dream that we might have another star on our hands. A lot of riders in there I know, but still.. ;D

Classic!
But weren't they already half way to Tulla by then?

Interestingly, only 5 of us gave Higlet a vote.

and 60% of Higlet vote givers are punters

I guess we tend to be more alert to eye-catching moments than more most :don't know

Guilty as charged ;D

Have also backed him to win the Coleman, Brownlow, AFL MVP, and the Coaches award ;D ;)

Having watched Higlet's GOTY a few times now, it has to be mentioned the way Dusty completely monstered Scharenburg and Varcoe to pave the way.

Higgins said he had "no idea" how he pulled off the goal but he admitted he took inspiration from Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell.

"I thought of like a cricket catch, over the boundary line and putting it back in," he told 3AW.

"So that's what I thought in the moment, pretty weird, like a Glenn Maxwell sort of thing."
