Now Cass, there is a question. If you could only take one Tom Waits with you, which one?
Swordfishtrombones? Rain Dogs?

Picked up a couple of OK albums recently well worth a spin.

Oasis - Don't believe the Truth: Easily their best album since "(What's the story) Morning Glory"
There's a few really great tracks on this album and it's very solid overall. :)

Also Lifehouse (no title) - Really well written commercial rock album. These guys are really listenable, and the album just grows and grows on you. Highly recommended(by me anyway). :)

My two cents :thumbsup

I can't stand that guys voice though, it's horrible. It seems so contrived.

But then again, that's just my opinion. I like music that everyone else hates :hihi

The guy's voice is familiar. Think Eddie Vedder meets Rob Thomas.(Hey so I happen to like Pearl Jam & Matchbox 20). But the song writing is really strong on this album. As I said it's commercial rock but that doesn't mean it's bad, just good to listen to. Again it's only my opinion. :)

Got a burner?? ;D

Morrisey - Live at Earls Court
The Smiths - Singles
Duran Duran - Greatest
Pantera - Vuglar Display of Power
Metallica - Ride the Lightening
Tool - Aenima
Notorious BIG - Life After Death (Well I did have that. *smile* brother lost it)

My brother lost 20 of my cds when he took them (unasked) on a holiday, and that christmas he bought another copy of one and gave it to me as a present. If that isn't barefaced cheek, I don't know what is.

I think its nice for your brother to take your cd's on a holiday. Doesnt he have any friends?

He went with a large group of friends. That's probably why he lost them, he was being a careless little sod with his mind on other things. At the time he was living with me and I was basically subsidising his life, so I was very happy when he lost them.
