Perhaps his offensive game ie forward work, was not good enough? Players who look like they are chasing arse all day are being beaten to the ball. So we look for these indicators...Did he present as an option making good leads that were ignored? Was he beaten in 1-on-1 contests and therefore forced to chase his more skilled opponents? I don't remember his individual efforts but they will have been reviewed by Leppa earlier this week and we look for more impact from him in the next couple of games, presuming he's selected.Harry said:This. He's being instructed to apply constant defensive pressure and is sacrificing his offensive game. Hardwick is the worst coach for him. Some of his defensive pressure was quite good but overall he doesn't have the pace to be great defensively and as a result was quite poor. He'd be more effective as an offensive weapon with his leading marking and kicking but he spent the game chasing arse.
