Thanks, Josey. I'm glad you liked it. (Good judges of footy are usually good judges of music. ;D) The producer is in love with them but JJJ is not quite their scene. (Better suited to Bogan Radio IMO.) The next few weeks are make or break for this song. There is more commercial material in the magazine. We shall see.

Rick Ross and Diddy cancelled because payment arrangements did not meet contractual deadlines.
Missy Elliott was falsely advertised as a performer which is pathetic by the organizers of Supafest.
I went, it was pretty good....awesome weather for it.

That says "Ice Cube's a pimp"?, no, but he did the track.
I saw him at the AIS arena in Canberra, strange crowd because the tickets were cheap so I was in the minority who was there because of the brilliant, angry young man he was in the late 80's to mid 90's. A disappointing amount of people were there because he did "You can do it, put your back into in it" on a movie soundtrack.

Wouldn't it be great to listen to a local group like Red Aces, instead of the the imported junk (Meatloaf) that we have heard lately at the Grand Final.

Thanks very much, happytige. I'm glad you enjoyed the track. They slipped from 6 to 8 this week but holding their own. They're pitching to MMM at the moment so might have a bit of luck there. Thanks again for your kind wishes, happytige.

Think that Cube flys under the radar a bit. He really was one of the first "smart" issue based rappers.
AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted, Death Certificate and espically The Predator changed the game. Check yo self and Today was a good day are two all time classics.

Went to Prince last night, like vinpaul said, "unreal".
Worth every cent and more. Would pay to go again, sad it's finished.
I was born in 1992 but felt like i got to experience a real 80s party. Full house with no one sitting the whole night!

I'm a regular at Bennetts Lane and I get their weekly newsletters.
So there I was at home on my computer around 11PM one night last week and my email pings me.
There's an invite for me from Bennetts Lane to get my backside in gear 'cos Prince is playing an unscheduled gig at 1:30AM.
Bugger me! What to do!
I had to work early next morning so I couldn't join the 80 lucky people who heard the call and got inside Bennetts Lane to get an up close and intimate Prince concert.
Cost?
$200 and all donated to charity.
He did the same gig the last time he visited Melbourne too.
Bennetts Lane Jazz Club is his favourite venue. Mine too!
