Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

Thank you Bachar for everything you have brought to this club. You are a champion on the field & even a bigger one of it.

Just an amazing career & person & I'm so glad you were a part of our club.

Enjoy your fishing.

What a gun person to have in your club.
Whoever fought to bring him over in 2010 needs to be commended.
*smile* this is getting hard to with all these guns retiring.

4 years, 4 years ago we had the best 6 in the comp.
4 years later we have lost 3 of the most influential and respected players i can remember leaving a club at the same time.
Big V needs to take charge now alongside Grimes & Broad and teach the likes of Balta, Stack, Short the Astbury/Houli way

Absolute champion person, I have massive respect for him and will miss him greatly. I think his 3 best games for us have been our premiership wins - 2017 & 2019 for superb games and 2020 for bravery with a badly injured calf. Bless you Bachar for being at our club and making it better. ps - his book is a great read

We all love you Bash. Great career and we hope you and the Bachar Houli Foundation are around the club for a very long time.

Selfless all the way to the end.

Star. Close to being a dual Norm Smith Medallist. Thanks for the memories, Bach.
As a Richmond lover.
I thought Rance or Houli were bOg in 2017.
Houli missed 2 set shots that cost him.
If had kicked them, he wouldve been Basher Houli the Norm Smith medalist.

I feel pretty emotional about this one for some reason.

I remember the vitriol he faced in his early days, here particularly. But he's turned that around to admiration.

Probably should have a Norm Smith.

I hope he gets a job at Punt Rd. This man is a Tiger Treasure.

Congrats Bachar.

Thanks so much Bachar for being such a champion bloke, a fantastic footballer and a wonderful leader for the RFC and wider community. He'll be fondly remembered as one of the greats of this era, not just for his class as a footballer, but for his personality - he's one of those guys who's just oozes warmth and integrity whenever he speaks.

I'm real bummed to hear he's retiring but I think it's also the right move for the RFC in the long run. All the best Bachar and thanks for the memories. Hope he can stay involved in the club in some capacity.
