That was vintage Bash. Did grab at the string late, makes me nervous.

That was right in front of me .. The touch to the hammy was fleeting. I thought it was calf. But he seemed to shake it out. My first impression when he pulled was he thought its 25 mins into last q of round 1, game is won and I'm not going to do a hammy chasing for nothing.

Bachar had scans today, I saw him pull up Thursday night and wondered, that he waited till Monday rather than checking it out Friday must mean it is still worrying him and could be an issue?that would spell double trouble for our defensive group

looked like a hammy - 3/4 weeks

If Houli is out along with Rance, we are nearly no chance on Thursday night, huge out if true. Was one of out best last week against the Blues & looked to have even gone up another level in his intensity along with his customary run & drive off half back and around the ground; will compound the loss of Rance and will be a massive loss.

Not good, but let's stay positive and realise it gives others a run. Bring Oleg in for Rance by playing Balta in defence (tweak the plan a bit) and don't forget we won games without Bash last season. This gives Brando another chance to step up.

Maybe the injury gods have finally had enough of us?

Houli out would be a kick in the nuts.....again!
How many years does he have left? We have quite a few young players that would love the opportunity to show they are ready to take his place.

Might be a blessing in disguise. Not convinced having both of Short & Houli in the team works all that well.

Houli looked to be in great form - would be a major blow. But it is fair to say that previously Short has been a far better player when Houli was out injured. Interesting point Tooheys!

Sorry TOO but you are underestimating Houli and overestimating Short.

Then *smile* off Short. Because Houli is a star
