Very clearly much better post suspension.
I think he was playing with confidence and aggression at the time, hence the unusual act, and his form just progressed.
Excellent finals series.
Was BOG I thought, but was a spare in defence, where as Dusty had to compete for every possesssion.

Has proved me wrong on the biggest stage, have never really rated him due to the number of times I have seen him refuse to put his body on the line, I classed him as a soft front runner, well done Bachar you ran hard and straight when it was you time to go you did. B.O.G. in my opinion

He's definitely looked leaner and harder since the suspension.
Bachar used to look a bit roly poly, but he looks like a drovers dog the past month. Not an ounce of fat on him.

Yep so many were saying not that long ago that Houli couldn't handle pressure and would falter come finals. Never assume anything, you always gotta give players a fair chance to prove themselves in a good finals run of games. Some players take it to the next level, others don't. Brilliant game by Houli.

Always been a massive fan of the Bash, was even more impressed when he tapped that Carlscum roach for hanging off him ;D. Had a bloody huge game for us yesterday n thought he was a monty for the Normie, reckon if he nailed those couple of set shots it was his. Watched him on channel seven this morn n was most impressed by the way he carries himself.

He gave his critics plenty of ammunition in the past six seasons, but this season has added a hard edge to his game and has been hard at the ball and player with the ball.

Bachar has contributed more to the club that what was on show yesterday. The culture of the club has changed so much in terms of belief, acceptance, values and humility. There are so many unique individuals who have become so singular in focus whilst still celebrating their differences. The bonds that have been formed are on so many more levels than just winning a game.
He would have to be one of the most inspirational sportspeople I have ever heard speak about life. He, along with some other amazing people, have created a truly great club that I am proud to follow.

Brilliantly put. I’m such a Houli fan, as much as what he does in his life as for what he does in a Richmond jumper.

Was hoping that the coach that couldn’t convince him to say at Essendon would give him the Norm Smith. Talk about sliding doors. If he stays at Essendon and listens to Hird, he is part of the scandal. Ignored a icon pleading him to stay and followed his own path to Richmond that lead him to footballing glory and made him a Richmond immortal. Strength of character right there.
