Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

I'd prefer to see him out of the back line and be the "Grigg" type link man. I think he,d be better value than Shaun.

Agree with this; I'd agree with just about anything that keeps Grigg out of the team!!

No doubt Houli would be better than Grigg in that role. He is a better kick than Grigg although my long retired mum would give Grigg a run in the kicking stakes.

That said I believe Houli's kicking is massively overrated. Geez he misses targets regularly; both under pressure and without pressure. I call it the Tivendale syndrome; he LOOKS like he is a good kick but misses too many targets and really isn't that good a kick.

All in all he's just another RFC footballer who isn't up to it. Needs to be upgraded but *smile* it's a long list.

Yep, I've said this before. People keep raving about his disposal because he looks like a lively left footer. Same as Jordy McMahon.

How good is it playing at Richmond? At essendon he was only in when there were injuries and at Richmond he is guaranteed each and every week a game,
That's why where *smile*.

Had a turbulent year like a few others. Will come out of it a better player. Still think there's a place for him going forward.

Agree. We are a far better team when his kicking is on, and he is rebounded strongly.

Easily his best game for the year. Defended well, marked well, kicked well and ran to position well. We need this every week.

Yep. Let's hope we can use Bash in attack more to kick some goals.

Houli is one of those guys every team has and needs, however when the pressure is on against top opposition he isn't a match winner and nor should he be expected to be, could be a weapon when surrounded by talent.
Still think he should be on the wing.

Another good game from Houli in conditions that shouldn't have suited him. I'm surprised there hasn't been more praise for him.

Well, Ramadan ended yesterday so that's why he played well.
