Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

Just will not put his body on the line, and I don't expect any player to when it is a real nasty accident waiting but for every other standard type contest that nearly every other AFL players go into.

It spreads like infection this act.

On another note, the guy knows he can kick on the run but everytime he takes a set shot he sprays it! Why hasn't he rectified this yet? Gee wiz!!

Anyone notice his set shot maybe in the 3rd. Dead set In front 40 out, he was always going to miss.
It's a myth he is a good kick

It is a bit of a myth. I've said this before but because he "looks" like a lovely left foot kick everyone thinks he is. But the amount of times he sprays shots at goal or miskicks a 20m kick is too often.

Disappointed in Bachar's recent form, the team malaise seems to have got to him and he's unfortunately providing ammo for the knockers.

He's not a long kick, never looks comfortable when he has to kick 50m+ (which he had to do to clear the defenders).

Bachar is no where at the moment. Has got no strength . Dare I say it, but his beliefs, diets, mental state have got in the way of his afl career. He has other priorities in life and that is fine, but Richmond are in it for premierships. No time for compassion, he must be dropped this week, and hopefully never to return.

Rubbish. I've seen him play great footy while in a fasting period.

He's just in awful form.

I am shocked and horrified at how poor this guy is. Dimma exploded when he got run down but you know what he will be in again next week.

Houli looked up at a teammate as if to ask, "Where the *smile* was your voice?". The malaise is team-wide.

I don't think Houli's one of the major issues but if he needs to regain form in the 2's, so be it. No more favouritism.

He had a shocker yesterday, but as L2R2R said it's a team wide thing. One of the reasons Lennon did okay, was because he just played with endeavour.

That run down tackle was right in front of me..... Was like the proverbial car crash unfolding in front of you, everyone but the participants could see what was going to happen. Probably summed up our malaise in one play: no inside 50 movement; no team play in allowing Houli to be caught due to no talking; no confidence in the man with ball to take the best option under pressure and the opponents just that bit more desperate.

Same thing happened to Ellis. It's infected a large part of the team. They don't play as a team for large parts of every game.

I have noticed that when he runs passed for the handball he seems to run alot to his right side. He is a very left sided player. I cant understand why he calls for it and his team mates give it to him when he does this. The coaching staff should be telling the players when reviewing the game that should not give him the ball when he does this. Also one thing Richmond dont like to do is sheperd. I never see our players laying sheperds. Even Cotchin didnt wont to lay a sheperd for Martin in the 3rd quarter. He allowed his opponite to just run pasted him and put presure on Dusty.

I didn't see that as Houli's fault. Someone at the very least should have told him he was hot. Houli looked shocked that he'd been run down because you have to assume no one told him what was happening.

Bring him back so he can p!ss this dud off

Can't be form under pressure.
Lucky we don't play in the finals so he gets away with it.

Houli had a player 10mt to his left calling for the ball he tried to fake a handpass to draw the player in front to that player allowing him to keep running. It only allowed the player chasing time to mow him down. If Houli had taken the obvious option and handballed to the free player and run on to receive from that player, it may not have looked as fancy but we would have still retained possession of the ball.

I find shepherding and talking to teammates just under 12's stuff. The fact that they don't at the elite level shows a lot.
