Assistant Coach Wish List

Mini be a chance for Eagles

I think the dumbest thing Mini could do is go to the Dogs or Eagles or wherever the next senior gig is about to open up. We all know the new trend is to bring in a coach from outside your own coaching structure.

He would be better placed going to work at another club under a well established coach. Saints would be perfect but seems there is no room. Maybe Dees, Bummers or Blues. He will be short listed for every senior job from here so he needs to further his experience, expose himself to a new environment under a different coach.

If he wants to be a senior coach Mini's best move is probably to take Grigga's old job at Geelong.

Out tonight with some Tigers. Looks like Mini is gone with others contracted last year to stay on and as we know Chris Newman to come in.
Possibly one more still to be added.

I would love somehow for Trent Cotchin to be involved in the club.

There would be $ in the soft cap to accommodate this, as well as another assistant ( the best next available) to join the RFC.

Trent to be involved in a Leadership/Culture Role.

Look at what happened to the Cats & Hawks once they lost both Selwood & Hodge.

*** Maybe an assistant role ( in charge of the midfield) now that I’ve had more ‘think time’. ***

Get on the front foot Tigers.

Love to see him back in any capacity but prefer him as a coach.

Xavier Clark has head over to North Melbourne as an assistant coach.

Looking like the changing of the guard at Tigerland is kicking along.
What about Shane Edwards filling the hole left by X?

Got me a feeling the Cotchinator has pretty much bugger all interest in the coaching circus, would be very surprised to see him go down that pathway.

Would like to see Jack R down at the club as forwards coach He’s too good to not be involved as a specialist coach
