Andrew 'Mini' McQualter

Hopefully he just takes off. I’m hoping to see some sensible positional adjustments and a more settled game plan.

Good to see his little girl survived, and I'd assume his later child would be in good health too.

Can't wait to hear from him through the media later this week.
As a dad of two beautiful children I can’t imagine what that would have been like. For a brief moment we were told there was a chance our second unborn child had a degenerative genetic disorder and I didn’t think I could cope… but we were given the all clear just a few weeks later. I think to go through this would give mini a great perspective on what matters in life, which might just keep him level headed.

I always remind myself to look at our players these last few years, when we lose and I’m devastated or pissed off. To see them often laughing and sharing a joke by the time they walk off or are in the changing room. It’s the Richmond way to be positive about the future and I think they will embrace this change

Great pic, Freezer of the Tony!

This could be another AFL type search/appointment.
An exhaustive, expensive process.
Only to appoint the guy in the adjoining office.

That said, it does look very very lovey, lovey.
Dare I say it, it looks like a vibe!

Mini ain't a new voice, has no senior experience in his own right or experience at another club. He ain't gettin the gig.

Leppa, Newman, Carr and Pyke should all be rated higher come decision time.

Newman and Carr have no senior experience either
Pyke …. No way. Didn’t you read about the fiasco at Adelaide in 2017?
