Don't think he's had 1 single kick in the 2nd half. Backs up what I was saying.

Yeah stinker of a 2nd half but still fired them up early with 3 goals. 38 goal season, averaging 2nd most goals per game for Collingwood, not too shabby.

Another premiership to Ottens :(

And to think what he would have achieved had he remained at Richmond ::)

Bucks will have to look at Krak for another year, and if Collingwood ever struggle during the Home & Away.....you won't see him getting another touch.

Water under the bridge.............let it go Ruby Tuesday!

Johnny Rotten 8

Would be a lot easier to let it go had we made something of those draft picks that we got for him. That he didn't want to play for us any further, I can accept. That we wasted those draft picks. That is the bitter pill that is hard to swallow.

Yeah much tougher to swallow than Fiora at 3 in 1999, Schulz at 12 in 2002, Alex Gilmour at 21 in 2003, Tambling at Pick 4 and Polo at 20 in the same year. JON at 7 and Hughes at 24 in 2005, trading our Pick #19 for McMahon instead of let's say a Callan Ward (who ironically has moved to GWS).

Let's face it, we've had a lengthy era of bad recruiting. No point in dwelling on a couple of picks that went no more r less asstray than the upteen other years of misery.

Scott Selwood not Ward should be the reference.

You can make any club look bad by doing the same sort of analyis. The truth is that simple maths say that most picks must fail. Which club was responsible for these in the same period?

David Spriggs pick 15 (1999)
Ezra Bray pick 17 (1999)
Justin Murphy traded for pick 11 (2000)
Kane Tenance pick 7 (2003)
David Haynes traded for pick 20 (2003)
Cameron Thurley pick 22 (2003)

I always get the feeling it's our clubs fault why Krak went the way he did.

Surely we tried our best to help him.

Getting sick of the media spitting out that he's at a club that looks after him now like it's all our fault.

He was a popular player with all Richmond fans.

Krak would have been still at RFC if he had not ended up in the clink.

You're obviously not familiar with the Krakouer thread, smasha. :p

Interesting how the media have potrayed him as a rehabilitated role model simply because he has made it back to the AFL after a prison stint.

Andy had some pretty serious skeletons hanging in his closet prior to going to jail, and some of them would be hard to bury.

Outwardly he has shown a lot of positive signs, I just hope for his sake that is the same out of the public glare.

Skeletons? true? my memory was that krakouer was always painted as a pretty good shy kid. i cant remember hearing much bad about him besides the incident which led to the jail time. (im not trying paint him as hard done by, or suggesting he was an angel, i just can remember hearing anything to suggest skeletons.)

IMO tho to suggest he was only delisted cos he was going to jail are wrong. his time at the tigers was up either way.
