Believe what you want to believe.
Leaves for family reasons.
Separates.
Leaves Because of his beliefs.
That's pushed aside 2 years later.
No conspiracy theories.
Compare Bernie Vince, Jones, Etc celebrating Melbourne's premiership win. Rance MIA.
Being a JV dosent stop you celebrating.
Facts little oldie
You can't slander people online without evidence. Tell Alex Rance that to his face & see how you go.

Whats slander?
That i don't rate him like others do?
That's my opinion.
He had good games but his bad ones stand out for me.
Didn't he say he left because of family reasons? And beliefs?
Its fked that he can push that all aside 2 years later, when he could've hung around and helped us.
All those reasons for leaving?
Have been excused to go back to Essendon.

Sorry Zips. Can't agree with that.

Rance won us so many games by playing like a madman. Yes, everyone has the odd bad game but you seem to be fixated on those. Glass half empty?

As for his reasons for leaving they were probably true at the time. He had relationship issues. Ultimately they split up (which is sad).
My point is that circumstances change. What he felt or said two years ago may have been true then but things/people change. That's life.

As for him going to the Druggies, let's keep it in perspective. It's a minor role and I'd be surprised if he stays for more than one year. Who knows what Rancey will try his hand at next?

For me he'll always be a Tiger champion.

That's all well and good.
Rance played cracker games for us but the games that stand out for me where the big games against Collingwood and Adelaide.
We don't have all the same thoughts who is your greatest Richmond players.
Everyone's is tottaly different.

We know - yours is George
Says it all!

No saying he wasn't a Champ, but he had his flaws, in no way was he infallible.
No player is infallible.
Please don’t encourage Zips Castagna with the idiotic supposition that Rance was no good one on one.
He is widely regarded as the best defender of the modern era. Except, strangely enough, by one or two Richmond supporters

His two best qualities as a player, not leader person etc, a player were his absolute desperation to impact any contest he could get to and his ability to read play. One on one was not one. He played on three forwards at a time because of what happened up the field. Not saying he didn't win his share of one on one's, but it was not his bread an butte.

People have there heads up asses.
If he so respected like everyone is saying not once has he been with any Richmond player after winning the 2 flags in 19 & 20.
He left 2 weeks after list lodgements were finalised.
He did something and the club threw him and out. He disappears for 2 years and now all of sudden his religion (the same religion that forced him in to retirement)
Now he is with the cash converters bombers.
He left on bad terms people.

Depends with who. He was tagged a couple of months ago on Insta helping at Grimes farm with a number of the other boys.

I assume you missed him on the MCG with Dylan and Dave Astbury making snow angels out of the confetti after 2019?

You are making mountains out of molehills and making yourself look like an even bigger moron.

Just because of the way he left, does not change the fact of how good he was. Do you think North fans now think that Carey was crap because of the way his tenure at North ended?

Its fair enough.
Rance left because he wanted to leave. Then when he decides to come back why go help them at shiitty hill.
Come back and help our kids.
He only knew Rutten for 3 years it wasn't as long as Leppa and Hardwick.
I thought he was really good mates with Leppisch.
Not happy he has turned up at Essendon

We could have an unbeatable defence if he decided to come back home.
BigV Balta Grimes Tarrant Broad Short Baker and throw in castagna running off half back.
Unstoppable.
Impenetrable
Reliable
Richmond 15 15 105
Collingwood 2 6 18

Could've left before lists were lodged. We could've traded for a defender.

No facts. Speculation from a poster with a track record of moronic statements.
