That’s the third time that’s been mentioned now.
Reckon it’s played a huge part in Yze getting the role if this is what Yze highlighted in his pressos.
This died in 2021 after the rule changes, the challenge from here will be to load up on elite ball users.

I also think there is a reason Yze is so bullish on the prospect of Mini staying.

Same way Dimma missed out. McRae and Kingsley would have been very appealing because they were part of the Richmond dynasty. That experience goes a long way. Druggies took a Scott, that speaks volumes about their selection panel. #lolNorf needed a big name.

Well balme said on RSN about a month ago that Mini is a Richmond man and he would be really surprised if he left if he was not appointed as coach. So every chance he stays on

Listening to Dermie and some others, the slows are around empathy and communication.
Personally I think these are things that can be learned the older one gets so I’m not overly concerned.

If so, and he stays, it'll help our players a lot by not feeling lost and lonely as you do with a new coach.

No chance he'd say that about Mini or any other coaches at the club when he was only announced yesterday. He still needs to talk to them and get a feel for who he wants to stay or go.
