I want a fresh start.
I like Mini but he needs to forge his own path elsewhere.

Newman didn’t knife anyone. He was captain of the club and fronted Wallace face to face. Terry himself is a Newman fan which would hardly be the case if he had knifed him.

What captain confronts the coach and tells him to put his resignation ? Is that his job or is that normal ?. Isn't up to the power brokers of the club to make those decisions, not the captain or playing group mate. Certainly trying to knife someone in my opinion.

I've got nothing against Mini but if all this is true why not just appoint him senior coach weeks ago?

Adam Kingsley was the clear 2IC until a year ago.

That’s interesting because at the end of 2016 Neil Balme poached Blake Caracella from Geelong and put him in charge of Ball Movement. He implemented this during the pre season whilst Dimma was at Harvard University improving his leadership skills.

I’m not sure what part Mini and his tactical genius had in any of that.

The club annointed him years ago....got him down from the sun's to be a playing assistant I'm our vfl side to help build a club from the bottom up

He was apart of that rebuild and the rebuild of the senior side

His wisdom knowledge is unequalled

None of us on the outside know who the best candidate is. Just hope the selection panel have the adequate expertise and judgement to make the right call.

X took over for 2020 when Fly moved to AFL Fwd assistant
