Why make this appointment before a coach is selected.
Maybe Bucks will take over the watering duties - grass needs a bit of tender love and care.

We could do a lot worse than Bucks at our club. And he’s usually been pretty praiseworthy of us the past few years.
From what this says, he was a late entrant for coach......or some are thinking he was part of the panel? Who's this "Tigers champion"?

He has played and coached with 50 premiership players , but never managed to play or coach a flag himself

What happened to the 'young coach' criteria??
Bucks by his own admission has become less controlling and more trusting of support staff, this fits well with where we're at internally. I think he would be an excellent appointment.
Yep. I'd say he is part of the panel making the decision on the new coach. Has already stated he is not interested in coaching atm.
