Coulthard?
No they won’t.If Richmond takes all eight picks those players will all come out of contract at the same time at the end of 2027 — in the months before Tasmania comes into the league.
It would create an inflationary effect given top 25 picks are often paid as much as $500,000 in their fourth seasons so spreading out those picks over two seasons would put less pressure on the salary cap.
Is Blight confirmed yet?
Fair point. That's the thing. None of us have any idea at this stage which players we will get or how good they will end up being.
after our flurry of early picks, i would expect us to keep 2 or 3 spots open for maybe a later ND pick, a rookie draft pick or 2, and a train on playerWhoops 4 out of contract so max 10 list spots, but I reckon we will keep Kmac personally.
Ok thanksConfirmed what? An extension? Yeah he signed an extension of 1 year earlier in September.
In a game of 2v1 i reckon they would. not sure that is helpful tho.Fair point.
But a valid question is would 2 very good players beat 1 star?

Yup i would be extremely surprised if we didnt end up with a couple more 1st round selections and possibly 1 or two extra second and thirds next year.Any of 18,20,23 or 24 will get us excellent picks(s) in the 2025 draft.
Just depends on what we value more highly.
