2023 Women's World Cup

Here it comes. Best way to win. Worst way to lose. Not sure I can watch.

Hopefully Durand isn't flexible enough to defend the penalties for them after sitting most of the game.

Unbelievable.

Semi finalist for the first time. 7-6.

Arnold what a goal keeper. What a performance.

Lost for words.

I just let out a big F yeah.

Penalty shootouts are tough.

We play England or Columbia.

Well that was sort of nearly excite me.
Nil all draw at full time.
Still a nil all draw after extra time.
Next we have the penalty shoot out.
Jump out to the early heart starter lead with a first up save and then flub a shot that allows both sides to again be a draw after the regulation five penalty shots.
Now we go to the sudden death penalty shots and once again, every time we make a save and simply need to net the ball to win, we flub it back to even again.
Ten shots a piece to finally get a 6 to 7 victory, they could have saved all the hoo hah of two hours of play n just gone penalties from the start. Lucky for me I missed all the boring bits n just watched the dramatic n stressful shoot out bit at the end.

yep, where was var then ??!!!...The kicker isn't meant to stop their run-up...No matter...
It was reviewed and given the all clear. I thought she stopped. Maybe the same person responsible for our ARC against Brisbane was looking after the VAR for that decision.
