2023 Draft Thread.

Tigers loading up on picks for trades in 24 obviously, to either trade up into the top tier and improve draft positions, also to allow the club to stay in the draft if they trade out early picks for a Cadman or King.

Nice free pick off the Bombers. I make that 9 draft picks for next year!!

I wonder if we take someone tomorrow. I am a bit surprised that we didn't take Sanchez with that last pick, I thought he was a good option there.

We got room for Miller to be elevated then Millers vacated rookie to fill spot haven't we?

So probs leaving a spot open for the PSD after having some lads train at the club.

West Coast look like they have really nailed some later selections.

Archer Reid
Clay Hall
Harvey Johnston

Not a bad hall to complement No.1 pick Harley.

I have no idea about the kids we have picked but we are now the club to deal with in 2024 if you want points for a father son or academy players.
This is now the perfect opportunity for the AFL to change the system.
We all know it’s going to happen ….

Wasn’t there talk that we had to promote Miller off the rookie list?

Good point, so we were never taking that pick. Thanks to Dodoro for the free pick. Looks like he gave a free pick to Geelong and us, but Ablett thinks he's a genius!!

A bit to like:

No flankers
No slowpokes
Drafted a mid
Needed a KF and drafted a KF
plucked 3 picks for next year.

I give it a tick
