2022 - March to the finals

It all depends on injuries to our key players. If we can get Dusty and Lynch back by Brisbane game and we don't lose any other Keys we could win all those games. Obviously it's one week at a time and we must win with a depleted team this week. If we're switched on we'll win

Trouble is with this is that it’s not emotion - what happened on Sat happened last year many times over and in the end it got too much for us - west coast, the pies, the suns and there were others games where for whatever reason, we kept losing the unloseable games. Everyone last year kept predicting our run would start, we would cruise into the finals and create carnage.
last year we never got close to top form. the last 10 games this year we are 7-3 with a total losing margin of 11 points.
last year we were 6-5 when Nank got injured. we then beat the bombers, with Chol and CCJ rucking, before losing our next 4, and our season ending, with that ruck combo.
if Nank misses more than 1 week we could have the same situation this year, but if he can stay fit and we start get to any sort of luck on the injury front we are still in a position to contend.

We have been playing all the hot teams. Amazing how the AFL being so incompetent in everything else can arrange this conspiracy against us.

If we as the players aren't switched on why are they still on the payroll?

Hypothetically Tigers are in good shape as we now are on 36. Now we have lost six games by less than one kick. Turn that around by winning those six Tigers would be on 60 top of the joe. As long as we make the eight Tigers will give it a shake.

Keep the faith

I can't believe after the disastrous last 4 weeks that we'll still be 8th. Could be 5 teams on the same points vying for 8th spot at the end of this round. We're still in the hunt but need to change our fortunes big-time. It's in our hands.

Bulldogs and Saints have a very tough run home. I still believe Gold Coast is the biggest threat. Or it could even come down to our game against Port.

I've done the ladder predictor.

We,re ducked.

As I heard on the telly this am... Richmond is just making up the numbers in the 8. Will be a tough journey for the club at the pointy end of the home and away season... but hope springs eternal.

If we make the 8 and dusty is available I think we will do some damage - we could have won every game this year but it hasn’t clicked for various reasons - largely lack of continuity of our best players

Bulldogs will take our 8th spot.

Imo we've lost our "mental toughness" lost 5-6 games by less than a goal, that would have happened a year or 2 back.

The big question is WHY.
