Did a ladder predictor:
Even if we lose to GC, Brisbane and Fremantle (we won't lose all three) we STILL make it into the finals. EVEN if we lose another one to Port away, we will make it.
The reason?
The Saints and Dogs can't make it, their draws look beyond them.
As a side note, I have us playing Fremantle in the GF
More seriously, Fremantle finishing top 2 will shape September, make no mistake. Could be a high profile car crash or two (I'm looking at you Melbourne and Brisbane)

our full ground defending is a concern. we've got the most kicked against us in the top 12.
we are however the 2nd highest scoring team

Despite the perceived drop off by our team since 2020 onwards ….
We’ve conceded 100 points on the MCG just 3 times during 2021/22.

If we beat north
And freo beat Sydney (perth Optus)
And Geelong beat Carlton (mcg)
We should be 6th
Last night will either make them or break them. Had a very similar stench to the eagles game last year. Hope I’m wrong.
Not enough chatter about how we need the MCG to win games.

This is the concern for me. That was as devastating and demoralising a loss as you'd see. Will we completely disintegrate like we did in 2021 after the Eagles game?
The injury toll certainly won't help.
