2020 finals–week one: the other games

The scoreboard flattered the Dogs, couple of soft frees to get them near. We would have smashed them next week. Saints height is a concern for mine.

Dogs missed a lot of easy shots on goal! Could have won easily had they took their chances! Although you can that about a lot of games

Nah those frees were 100% there. Saints lucky to hold on. Saints also lucky that Dogs missed so many gettable goals. Hunter hitting the post from 15 meters out at end of 3rd qtr cost them. Saints ran out of legs.

7 players over 197 cms, we can use that to our advantage, dogs played dumb kept bombing it and they marked it 21 times in dogs fwd 50.
That won't happen with Lynch/Jack and we should also keep the ball low and they won't go with us for 4 qtrs.

Jon Ralph says Rich V Saints will be at Metricon next Friday night.
Lol Saints would like to play at the Gabba of course they would, but ralph says as the Tigers are the higher-ranked team they have the choice of location.
Cats to play the winner of pies v eagles at the gabba on Sat night.

If the tiges get up we would then play Port on the following Friday at AO

Perfect - get to watch the game on Friday (on tv of course) but not Saturday and the sainters only get a 6 day break.

Geelong gets it easy over their opponent - an extra 2 days break.

That's all fair enough AT

Anyone else find the ‘fans at home’ after a goal annoying?
why do I want to watch 9 d1ckheads at home carrying on like peanuts after each goal
*smile* me to tears.

Hated it all season. It’s cringeworthy stuff.

I heard AFL wants one game at AO next week. Will hear more after the Coll game.

A hostile game here with a stack of Eagles injuries and a Collingwood loss is best result here :mhihi
