I think the chance of him getting off this charge is almost none as Vlad has too much to lose to let him win. The rules will be to the favour of Vlad and his cronies I am sure! Having said that, I hope Miller is the first on that plane if all goes according to Ben's plans! :devilsmiley

In other words we should be talking to Ben and the AFL about our plans to supervise Bens rehab and preparing the case that he should be permitted to enter the PSD and we will take him, on the understanding that we would only play him after a group of independant professionals determine that he is over his physical and psycological dependance, which may be next season and may be not.
No use sitting on our hands while Demetrious 'sack him.' band wagon is gaining momentum and C Wilson spreads her moral outlook, across the land.

The AFL hasnt got a hope in > of beating Cuz and his legal team. This will turn out to be a real disaster for the AFL.

Im with you on that one momentai .... who the heck has connections here with the club? We need to get that message out to the club - even though I have already emailed them I dont think they take notice of them. We need to be on the front foot here alright and ready to put that plan forward to the softies at the AFL and make them stop a minute and rethink that plan of theirs. I think that they are thinking all clubs will distant themselves and they can then do what they want - but if a club had a plan - that changes everything.

A woman picked him up and took him to her apartment. She called 911 at 5am or there abouts. He went to the "Little Company of Mary Hospital". The Hospital confirmed his stay.
I hope to god the RFC now stay the hell away from this guy, as should the other 15 clubs. He's not fit to play in the league, he needs proper, constant rehabilation and support.

A very good question is did the AFL know about this?
They announced that they are investigating the Eagles on the Friday he left hospital.

They showed the 911 transcripts of the woman talking to the operator, saying Cousins had been on drugs for 5 days, wasn't violent but was scared. They then confirmed that the hospital had admitted Cousins to their care. He was admitted at the same time his father gave the press conference saying Ben hadn't disappeared and that he was in "appropriate" care. The hospital has no drug rehabilitation unit 9 claimed. He then went to the drug rehab clinic after this, for 2 days as Evo stated.

So why the hell did he bother coming back to face the AFL..if all this is true, he should forget about any AFL career and get his problem sorted at the rehab clinic for however long it takes.

i really hope he can beat this,he seems like a really nice person however....
i hope everyone wanting us to draft him will finally admit that he is a drug addict who we don`t want anywhere near our club.
