ACA and all those tabloid shows are lowest common denominator attracters.

for example tonight they did a hatchet job on a game show from another station, did this crap piece on a mrs beckham lookalike and then the cuz secret camera bit.

I'm not sure who ACA are trying to convince about anything. It's old news mb.
Cousins himself has said he has a drug addiction.

He's been deregistered and can do whatever the heck he likes.

It's just a boring ugly witchhunt from here on in.

He asked for space and short of being arrested again he should get it.

Feel sorry for Cousins. After all that's happened he ends up in Surfer's in schoolies week. One could almost think he is asking for attention. He might be a fews short in the brain cell department.

By the way this spotting of Cousins at schoolies week was mentioned well before ACA mentioned it today.

He still has a very big problem which needs more than lip service from him to solve. I just feel for his family more than Ben now. He continually puts himself in situations which might lead to relapse and invites such stories as on ACA.

Trying to beat addiction doesn't mean he has to give up all semblance of enjoyment in his life.

Give me a break jb - he needs help desperately. He is a addict and continues to be one. He is now disgracing his family with his behaviour more than ever. It was pretty obvious what he was doing at the party mate.

What's the fuss about? As Ben said after the Commission meeting: "My rehabilitation is lot further down the track than the media has portrayed". Back then, he'd reduced his cocaine binges to only five days and two blondes. Already he's down to a few Kahlua and milks with some schoolies. That's progress.

LMAO at them inferring he was doing something wrong when he showed up at the party with a six-pack...god knows what would have happened had he showed up with a carton.

I'd love to follow this journo around on his holidays and see what he gets up to....but then again, nothing much happens at church does it?

Yeah kind of agree Tubytiger, cousins does need some urgent help, but seriously ACA love this sort of stuff let's get real about some ACA stories.

Read this morning that Collingwood are after Ben to join their new franchise in the VFL. Smart move by the Pies and one we should follow.

At the very least we should be speaking to his management and indicating our interest, with the clear objective of picking him up in the 08 PSD, if he gets through this season, 'unscathed.'

Should he then look like a steal and depending on where both clubs finish this season, we will then be positioned to grab him for nothing without being tagged by Ben and others as exploitive.

By the way does anyone know why we passed on Craig Bolton a few years back?

Can't agree with your view on Ben. Short term gain at best. let's use the energy and $$$ for a more enduring solution.

Didn't Bolton get traded between Brisbane and Sydney or did Brisbane just delist him?

We tried to get Bolton as we had our pick before Sydney but he put a nice big price on his head in the PSD.

Didnt want to come to us an wanted to live in Sydney

Too old, too long out of the game, too high maintenance. He would be of more value to Collingwood than to us, and he fits their culture well.
