Wildcard Game Tigers V Williamstown

Dow cant make the distance with the wind and willie/McLaughlin kicks a goal into the wind similar distance

In wibdy conditions like today work rate and smart footy are required. You’ve still got to utilise the advantage when you have it. The Tigers have not done enough. Willy if they maintain their centre dominance should put the game well beyond the Tigs in the third. Both times Tigs visited Gellibrznd they’ve copped the worse in conditions that ground has to offer the rain wind and sleet last time this time the gale winds.
Williamstown and Casey two of the worst grounds to play at that get weather affected. Great advantage for the home sides .

Dow just can't tackle. How do you get to this level without having a clue on tackling technique?

Yep, he wasn't eligible, must have played at least 6 H&A games, think he only played 3.
Cheers, I thought there was a rule that if you have missed a certain amount of games because of injury you were eligible to play.

Just a horrible performance. We've been beaten up around the ball by players that just seem to want it more than we do.

No restrictions in wildcard games.
Ok so not considered finals then? Very hard to find anything official from AFL but makes sense because I think there's also a max nbr of AFL games to be eligible for finals which would have ruled out Dow.

Smith's development has been wasted, should've played more than 4 AFL games this season.

Any idea why Blight is sitting at the back of bench with tracksuit top on?

As long as your senior team is still playing the VFL side can field players who have played more than 12 AFL games and less than 6 VFL.

I feel like some of the top up players are going better than some on our afl list?

Am I being unreasonable?
No you're not, I feel the Tigers best games this year were when we had the fewest AFL-listed players playing.
