Actually, thinking about this it makes sense. Any coach can win 1 premiership, especially when they have a very strong list, but only great coaches have the innovation, improvement and development to win again and again.Think this season has really illustrated the point I was trying to make about premierships not being a true measure of the quality of a coach.
