Caracella doing a good job with our overall ball movement. Some nice attacking play against the blues where we moved it quick by hand, had running support and hit up leading targets. Amazing what a good positive game plan practiced during pre season can bring. Duds start to look half decent. Bellis turns into Brando.
We need to get better at converting our overall dominance and need to overcome our defeatist tendencies when it gets tight. Removing Hardwick from coaching and game day duties will help us overcome this and take us to the next level. Some gardening duties in spring is in order. Removing him from the players heads will help them really believe.

Were only a game off second. Given what hes got to work with, I would have thought Dimma was easily COTHY.

Hardwick is a genius.
The only coach in history to have most of their assistant's sacked and still be the coach.
Seems to have worked - Balme and Caracella have been excellent.

Hardwick has squandered the careers of 4-5 very good Richmond servants. After he finally departs ( this year , next year who cares) he will leave a very bare cupboard.
As for performance this year the team displays nothing different to suggest another early finals exit if indeed we make it. His current forward line is a classic example of poor drafting and development of talls over his tenure.
Overall Hardwick 6/10 , I won't be surprised if he finishes as he started with what was it? 9 straight losses.
