Balme doesn't pull any punches in the latest club podcast. Some fairly tough conversations this week at Tigerland methinks. A sense of urgency is overdue.

He was on RSN this morning thought he said some really interesting things mentioned:
- upset at first with Dimmas decision but understands why
- now he has had time to come around to the idea he thinks it’s going to be great for the club
- new voice might help us win these close games we keep losing

One interesting take I found was that he hopes the boys ( Cotch & Jack ) learnt a thing about Dimma’s departure.
