Dunno, closest that I can think of is Arnie Breidas kicking 7 behinds in the 77 draw. Made up with 5 sausage rolls the next week!Has anyone in the history of the game ever missed 6 goals in a winning gf? I doubt it. He was a chaos machine all day, loved his pacey linking run

His grip looks too high on the ball too. Look at the way Lynch holds it and even Soldo for set shots - hands are much lower on the ball to guide the drop better.I wish someone would teach him to put a bit of speed into his run up when taking a set shot. He just needs a canter not three or four walk steps to put some momentum into his kicking. When he walks in he has no energy behind his kick so skews or shanks it. **** it is just dumb. Most players in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and naughties just went back and kicked the bloody pill. George is a new age thinker that thinks too much and complicates a pretty simple process. Look, he ain’t never going to be a dead eye *smile* but he should be kicking at least at 50% not 20%.
Still in our bottom 2 to 3 to me. A momentum killer. Plenty in the seconds hopefully will challenge his spot next year. Life member 2 time premiership player so always in our gratitude
George in full flight today. He can do everything but kick a bloody goal.
Was easily our best small forward this year. Well done George
The statue should be located at the Punt Road end near the point post. The best 6 point grandfinal ever played by any individual. Ever.
There must be a bronze statue of dual premiership george someday, somewhere.
