close to the biggest positive of the season was he’s turnaround in form , great move Dimma
Won’t be him moving on current formAgain, really good. Looks noticeably zippier. We seem to have a glut of HBFs, so will be interesting to see whether he stays there.
Yep... his form was so bad up forward I thought he had lost the desire, but he's proved he just needed a re-set... good onya Dan.Dan re-invented himself with some astute coaching when a small forward he was on the outers and he now is looking as though he will be a class halfback for years to come. I like it when people want the game so badly, have setbacks and then they work so hard to get back
Ralph saying Dan wants to maximise his earning potential once he makes the AA team in 2022H/s saying he may look at signing a 1 year deal according to R Carr brmmm brmmm
No.Does 1yr take him to RFA?
Back himself to perform well next year in his new role off HB and earn a nice pay increase and longer contract I suspect. What's the logic of just 1 year at his age?
If he's good enough for a contract of that size we'll definitely have a good season next year.No point signing for 3 years at 250k p.a when he could back himself to finish top 10 in the best and fairest and sign for 400k.
Yep.His value is at (almost) an all time low. Makes sense to only sign for 1 year, load up and make hbf his over the course of a season and then sign again as a must have commodity. Very clever by both Carr and himself. No point signing for 3 years at 250k p.a when he could back himself to finish top 10 in the best and fairest and sign for 400k.
